TIGNALL, GA - Mr. Carl Eugene Ross, 76, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at his residence on Shoreline Dr.

The funeral service will be a 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Rees Funeral Home with Chaplain Ashley Seng officiating. Interment will follow in the Lincolnton City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:50 p.m. on Wednesday at Rees Funeral Home.

Mr. Ross was the son of the late Carl Ross and Christine Frisbee Ross of Johnson City, NY. He had retired from Four Seasons Environmental as a boiler operator working at the University of Georgia campus.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years Gail Ann Ross; two sons, Steven M. Ross of Colbert, GA and Scott M. Ross of Winterville, GA. one brother, Richard A. Ross and wife, Diana of Las Vegas, NV.
