TIGNALL, GA. - Mr. Carl Ross of 1338 Shoreline Dr. entered into rest on Monday, December 3, 2012 at Landmark Hospital in Athens, Ga. The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Rees Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Rosser officiating. Mr. Ross was the son of the late Floyd Ross and the late Clarice Stanton Ross of Lenoxville, PA. He served his country with honor as a surgical technician during the Korean War. He later was employed as a controller for IBM. Mr. Ross was a mason for 55 years and also was a shriner. Survivors include two sons, Carl E. Ross and wife, Gail of Tignall, GA and Richard Ross and wife, Diana of Las Vegas, NV; three brothers, Duane Ross and wife, Audrey of Willet, NY, Art Ross and wife, Jean of Windsor, NY and Franklin Ross and wife, Judy of Tucson, AZ; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
