LINCOLNTON, GA. - Master Collin Edward Parton infant son of Furman and Josie Marie Parton went home to be with Jesus on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital in Augusta. The funeral service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Pine Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Thomas Moon officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Additional survivors include the maternal grandparents, J.B. and Mazie Collins of Lincolnton; paternal grandparents, Stanley and Sarah Parton of Lincolnton; paternal great grandparents, Ray and Pat Parton of Lincolnton.
