MACON, GA. - Mr. David E. Bowman, 50, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at the Coliseum Medical Center in Macon. The memorial service to celebrate David's life will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Septemeber 9, 2015 at First Assembly of God with Rev. Lanis Lewis and Rev. Terry Bonds officiating. David was born in Carthage, TN. on June 21, 1965. For the past 34 years he was grill cook and master chef at various restaurants and country clubs. David was a loving son, brother, father, uncle and friend to all who knew him. Survivors include his mother, Sue-Beth Bowman, of Macon; sister, Jo-Anna B. Hanania, of Macon; brother/nephew, Ian Paul Bowman of Greenville, S.C.; son, Michael David of Macon; grandfather, Joe I. Parker of Fayetteville, N.C.; and also survived by various aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, great nephews and cousins. David was preceded in death by his father, Bill D.
