LINCOLNTON, GA - Mr. David Eugene Moon, 56, of Hwy 220 East entered into rest on Sunday, May 12, 2019.

The graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Palmer Family Cemetery in Tignall, GA with Rev. James James, Rev. Thomas Moon, Joey Moon and Ben Dawkins officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Earnest Moon, Robert Moon, Joey Moon, Justin Moon, Donnie Coursey, Donald Ray Monroe, Jr., and Ben Dawkins.

Mr. Moon was the son of the late Bobby Eugene Moon and the late Katherine Mobley Moon. David was a heavy equipment operator with Ray Clement Construction and most recently was employed as a plumbers assistant with Roy's Plumbing.

Survivors include one sister, Grace Lillian Monroe of Covington, GA; three brothers, Earnest Moon and wife, Sonya, Sam Eugene Moon and Billie Jean Borchert and Robert Eugene Moon and wife, Rebecca all of Lincolnton; several nieces and nephews.
