LINCOLNTON, GA. - Mrs. Ernestine Holloway Bohler, 94 of 3606 Double Branches Rd. entered into rest on Friday, September 14, 2012 at Doctor's Hospital in Augusta, GA. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Septermber 17, 2012 at Martin's Crossroads Congregational Holiness Church with the Rev. Kenneth Law and Rev. James James officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons. Mrs. Bohler was the daughter of the late Henry Morgan Holloway and the late Pauline Burns Holloway of Lincoln County, GA. She was retired from Milliken and a member of Martin's Crossroads Congregational Holiness Church. Mrs. Bohler loved quilting, was a wonderful seamtress, played the guitar, loved her flowers, people and history. Survivors include three daughters, Carolyn B. Loper and husband, Reubin of Augusta, GA., Edith B. Smith of Martinez, GA. and Gail B. Bird and husband, Kurt of Lincolnton, GA.; one son, Douglas W. Bohler and wife, Dolly of Lincolnton; five sisters, Rachel Haynes, Prudie Tankersley and Julia Reese and husband, Billy all of Lincolnton, GA., Lou McWilliams and husband, Roland of Birmingham, AL. and Patsy Clement and husband, Sonny of Evans, GA.; eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Mrs. Bohler was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Austin Bohler; one sister, Ellen Tankersley; two brothers, H.M. Holloway and Allen Holloway.
