Obituary
LINCOLNTON, GA - Mr. Gerald N. Davis, 75 entered into eternal rest with the family by his bedside at the residence on Morningside Dr. on Tuesday, November 13, 2018.
The graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Lincolnton City Cemetery with Rev. Lanis Lewis and Rev. Terry Bonds officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be H.T. Downs, Jim Wallen, Lawrence Bruce, Jack Reese, Travis Reed and James Tuten.
Mr. Davis was the son of the late Noel Clifton Davis and the late Annie Laurie Evans Davis of Washington, GA. He had served his country honorably in the United States Army and retired after over 40 years of service as a paramedic with Lincoln County and McDuffie County Emergency Medical Services. He was a member of Cliffords Grove Baptist Church and attended First Assembly of God. Mr. Davis was also a member of the American Long Rifle Association.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Cornelia T. Davis; son, Ty Davis of Lincolnton; and brother, Lane R. Davis of Thomson, GA. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by a brother, Evans Davis.

Visitation will be from 7 until 9 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Rees Funeral Home, 195 N. Peachtree St., Lincolnton, GA 706-359-3222.
