LINCOLNTON, GA - Mrs. Hazel Ann McElveen, 88, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 13, 2020 at her residence on Lakeside Drive.

In consideration for the safety and concern of others the service will be private.

Mrs. McElveen was the daughter of the late Harvey Weatherford and the late Edith Mae Hatfield of Blythe, GA. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and retired as a bookkeeper with a private contractor at Fort Gordon.

Survivors include a son, Steve McElveen and wife, Beverly of Lincolnton; a daughter, Linda Fulmer and husband, Terry of Lincolnton;  one grandson, Steven George "Mac" McElveen, Jr. and wife, Laura of Grovetown, GA. Mrs. McElveen was also preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, George Sylvester McElveen.
