Mr. J.B Collins, 80, of Lincolnton, GA passed away peacefully at Piedmont Augusta Hospital on Friday, August 1, 2025.

J.B. was born on June 12, 1945 and the son of John Thomas Collins and Lillie Mae Nation Collins of Habersham County, GA . He retired after 50 years of running his own business, Collins Drywall. J.B. was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends..

J.B  was the beloved husband of Nannie Mae "Mazie" Collins for 58 years.  He was a devoted father to his five children, Gary Collins and wife, Neada, Dale Collins and partner, Julie, Tammy and husband, Donahue, Cindy and husband Ricky, and Josie and husband Patrick. He was a proud grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Present Day Truth Church  at 2421 Midway Church Rd, Lincolnton, GA 30817.
