Mrs. Jean Hahn Gale, 90, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at University Hospital in Augusta, GA.

A celebration of life service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the Lincolnton United Methodist Church with Dr. Randy Kanipe officiating. The family will receive friends in the church social hall from 10 a.m. until the hour of service.

Mrs. Gale was the daughter of the late John Martin Hahn and Daisy Elizabeth Hahn of Palmerton, PA. She was a member of the Lincolnton Untied Methodist Church and was church pianist for many years. Mrs. Gale taught many of her students piano in the McCormick and Lincolnton area, was the pianist at Petra Health Care, and substitute teacher and volunteer at Lincoln County Elementary School Applebin.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Lee McCrary of Lincolnton; son, David Eugene Harvey and wife, Sandra of Boca Raton, FL; four grandchildren, Jeanna Barnes and husband, Zachary, Christina Whiteley and husband, Nick, Julia Harvey, and Elizabeth Flynn and husband, Tom; two great grandchildren, Jude Flynn and Gabrielle Flynn.
