MCCORMICK, SC - Mr. Jerry Franklin "Wild Man" Jennings, 67, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at McCormick Post Acute.

The celebration of life service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, April 24, 2023 at Bordeaux Worship Center with Pastor Alvin Hodges and Pastor Jerry Dalton officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the hour of service in the church.

Serving as pallbearers will be Sammy Brewer, Reynard Harper, Kevin Arledge, Edwin Guy Jennings, III, Brandon Able and Gippie Cade.

Mr. Jennings was the son of the late Edwin Guy Jennings, Jr. and the late Margaret Hodges Jennings. He had served his country in the South Carolina Army National Guard Company A 122nd Engineer BN and was formerly employed with McKinney & Son Logging before retirement.

Survivors include one brother, Edwin Guy Jennings, III of Jesup, GA and one sister, Barbara Jean Elgin of Ninety Six, SC; and one nephew and numerous nieces. Jerry was also preceded in death by two brothers, Roho and Bad Eye.
