Obituary

LINCOLNTON, GA. - Mrs. Loudelle Bohler Biggerstaff, 87, entered into rest on Friday, November 29, 2013 at Lake Crossing Health Center in Appling, GA. The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, December 1, 2013 at the Lincolnton United Methodist Church with Rev. Wayne Hicks and Rev. James Bocian officiating. Interment will be in the Lincolnton City Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Daren Hicks, John Michael Hicks, Philip McQueen, Frank Edgar Trogolo, Eric Doolittle, Billy McWhorter, Austin Hicks and Logan McQueen. Mrs. Biggerstaff was the daughter of the late John H. Bohler and the late Kelley Elizabeth Bradford Bohler of Lincoln County. She was previously employed at Oxford Manufacturing as a seamtress, before retiring as a bookkeeper at her husband's Pure Auto Repair Shop. Mrs. Biggerstaff was a member of the Lions Club and the Lincolnton United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Louise Rees Missionary Circle and the Methodist Guild. Survivors include one son, Dwaine Biggerstaff and wife, Pat of Lincolnton; three daughters, Cherryl B. Hicks and husband, Wayne of Gainesville, Karen B. Phillips and husband, John of Martinez, GA. and Denise B. McWhorter and husband, Price of Lincolnton; ten grandchildren, Susan Hicks McQueen and husband, Philip, Daren Wayne Hicks and wife, Stacey, John Michael Hicks and wife, Olivia, Natalie Cher Biggerstaff, Christen Biggerstaff Trogolo and husband, Frank, John Eric Doolittle, Jr. and wife, Allie, Heather Elaine Doolittle, Kelli Loudelle McWhorter, Lindsey Denise McWhorter and Billy Price McWhorter; twelve great-grandchildren Austin Hicks, Lauren Hicks, Logan McQueen, Noah McQueen, Brittany Hicks Welch and husband, John, Tiffany Hicks, AnnMarie Santagata, Sophia Grace Santagata, Christian Trogolo, Ryan Trogolo, Mason Doolittle and Penelope Sexton; one great great grandchild, William T. Welch. Mrs. Biggerstaff was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Gordon Spate Biggerstaff. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Lincolnton United Methodist Church, P.O.
