LINCOLNTON, GA - Mrs. Mary Ann Donaldson 85, of Metasville Rd. entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 6, 2020 at University Hospital in Augusta, GA.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the Georgia Memorial Park Chapel in Marietta, GA with Rev. Greg Hall officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Donny Young, Kyle Rumple, Matt Young, Nick Young, Austin Reed and Jason Bennett. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Marvin Young, Donald Powell, Carson Jones, Ryan Mitchell, Camron Widener and Nolyn Widener.

Mrs. Donaldson was the daughter of the late Heber Barnett Stokes and the late Mary Parr Conner of Atlanta, GA. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and a friend to all that knew her.

Survivors include three daughters, Ellen Young and husband, Marvin of Smyrna, GA, Connie Powell and husband, Donald of North Augusta, SC and Amy Young and husband, Donny of Lincolnton; nine grandchildren, Nick Young and wife, Brittney of Powder Springs, GA., Matt Young and wife, Belinda of Kennesaw, GA., Jodi Bennett and husband, Jason of Hiram, GA., Sara Rumple and Husband, Kyle of Washington, GA., Michelle Mitchell of North Augusta, SC., Andrea Widener of New Ellenton, SC., Amy Powell of Edgefield, SC., Donnie Powell of Hehpzibah, GA. and John Brown of Denton, TX.; sixteen great grandchildren and one great great granchild; three sisters, Catherine Stokes Connor and husband, James of Bowersville, GA, Sarah Stokes Van Zandfliet and husbnd, Leny of Stockbridge, GA and Nancy Stokes Rutledge of Locust Grove, GA. Mrs. Donaldson was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Donaldson, her first husband, Charles Lane and a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Lane.
