ABBEVILLE, S.C. - Ms. Mary G. Gambrell, 72, of Highland Terrance entered into rest on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at her residence. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Harris Funeral Home Chapel in Abbeville with Chaplain Tom Cartledge officiating. Interment will be in Eastview Cemetery in Honea Path, South Carolina. Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Bryan, Brandon Johnson, Charlie Anderson, Jessie Ashley, Randy Kimsey and John Wilson. Ms. Gambrell was the daughter of the late William Pinkney Gunnells and the late Bessie Mae Magaha. She was an avid fisherman and a lifetime seamtress. Ms. Gambrell had a great love for her children and grandchildren. Survivors include four children, Sharon Bryan of Lincolnton, Georgia, Wayne Gambrell, Donna Gambrell and Stephanie Gambrell all of Abbeville; four grandchildren, Casie Anderson, Brandon Bryan, Shellie Gambrell and Miylah Gambrell-Norman; three great grandchildren; special dear friends, Susan Hagan and Kelly New and four special nieces and nephews, Ann Gunnells, Sandy Gunnells, Gary Gunnells and the late Donnie Gunnells.
