Obituary
WASHINGTON, GA. - Miss Mary McGill, 65, a resident of Harper's Personal Care Home entered into rest on Friday, February 12, 2016.
Miss McGill was the daughter of the late Walter Collins McGill, Sr. and the late Lois Albea McGill.
Survivors include two brothers, Walter McGill and wife, Sue of Alpharetta, GA. and A.C. McGill and wife, Georgia of Lincolnton, GA.; two sisters, Colleen McGill Gaines of Johns Creek, GA. and Donna McGill of Lynchburg, VA.; two special aunts, Betty McGill of Lawrenceville, GA. and Inez McWhorter of Lincolnton; sister-in-law, Nancy McGill of Lincolnton; and numerous other family members.
Miss McGill was also preceded in death by a brother, Joey Allison McGill.
The graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Lincolnton City Cemetery with Dr. William F. Harrell and Rev.Tripp Goodwin officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be David Gaines, Scott Gaines, Russell Gaines, Bill Norman T.J. Stovall and Mark Hill.
Visitation will be from 1:30 until 2:30 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Rees Funeral Home, 195 Peachtree St. Lincolnton, GA. 706-359-3222.
