OAKFIELD, GA – Mr. Randy Eugene Banks, 58, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA.

The celebration of life service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 31, 2023 at Bethany Methodist Church with Pastor Terry Bonds officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Rees Funeral Home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Larry Banks, Levi Banks, Al Dawkins, Sammy Dawkins, Matthew Skinner and Allen Haire.

Mr. Banks was born January 3, 1965 and the son of the late Alton Smith Banks and the late Dimple Bowman Banks. Randy grew up in Lincolnton, was a 1983 graduate of Lincoln County High School and played football for the Red Devils. He was a family man that loved his family and cherished the time with his grandchildren. Randy was employed with TC Transcontinental Packaging as a Regional Quality Manager in Albany and Griffin.

Survivors include his wife, Nikki Scott Banks; two daughters, Tana Kamus and husband, Brandon of Starr, SC and Autumn Banks of Atlanta, GA; one son, Isaac Banks of Oakfield, GA;  three grandchildren, Rosalie Kamus, Adaline Kamus and Ezra Kamus; two sisters, Vicki Dawkins and husband, Sammy of Lincolnton, GA and Kathy Driggers and husband, J.C. of Jacksonville, FL;  three brothers, Brian Banks and Dale Banks of Lincolnton, GA and Larry Banks and wife, Patricia of Davisboro; mother-in-law, Becky Musteen of Sandersville, GA; sister-in-law, Karen Scott-Pruitt and husband, Charles of Jesup, GA; brother-in-law, Christopher Scott of Sandersville, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
