AUGUSTA, GA. - Mr. Ronnie Goldman, 58 of 1168 Piney Grove Rd. entered into rest on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at his residence. The funeral service will be at 6 p.m. Friday, January 6, 2012 at Miracle Baptist Church in Hephzibah, GA. with Rev. David Shelton officiating. Interment service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Hephzibah Baptist Church cemetery in Lincolnton, GA. Serving as pallbearers will be Farrell Manning, David Usry, Ed Stover, Billy Goldman, Melvin Barnes and Paul Eicher. Ronnie was the son of the late Henry Jasper Goldman and the late Alice Lawton Goldman of Lincolnton, GA. He was a maintenance supervisor with Augusta Newsprint and a member of Miracle Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Debra Goldman; three daughters, Janice Jacobs, Melody Meador and husband, Heith, and Janey Shaffer and husband, Hank all of Augusta; one son, James Kersey and wife, Nikki of Augusta; four grandchildren, Rebecca Kersey, Jayda Jacobs, Seth Meador and Reese Meador; four brothers, Billy Joe Goldman and wife, Sandra, Racy Goldman and wife, Mary, Harvey Goldman and wife, Doris all of Lincolnton and Gene Goldman and wife, Cynthia of Bessmer, AL.; two sisters, Betty Steele and husband, Orville of Augusta and Jane Smalley of Lincolnton; sister-in-law, Mary Goldman of Lincolnton. Ronnie was also preceded in death by his brother, Bob Goldman.
